The licence fee is a one-off payment of €129, plus VAT.
Additionally, we offer an optional software maintenance agreement. The annual fee is half of the current license price.
The AI e-checklists will be provided to you via email by means of a link.
The software maintenance contract can be concluded optionally.
The annual amount for the software maintenance agreement is half of the currently valid license price.
During the contract term, at least one software update per year is included.
The software maintenance agreement commences upon the provision of the AI eChecklists. The maintenance period begins on 1 January and ends on 31 December. Regardless of a mid-year contract start date, the minimum term ends on 31 December of the following calendar year.
Invoicing for a pro-rata accounting year shall be carried out once on the first day of delivery and shall cover the remaining term until 31 December of the respective calendar year. From the following calendar year onwards, invoicing shall take place in one amount on 1 January of each calendar year. The maintenance fee shall be payable in advance at the beginning of each calendar year.
The software maintenance agreement will be extended by a further year, unless it is terminated by either party with three (3) months' notice as of 31 December of a calendar year.
